TERMS & CONDITIONS

FEES & WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

Fees:  $1,095 including lunch & refreshments

Early Bird: $995 until 15th November 2025

Duration: Three (3) full days

Day 1: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Day 2: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Day 3: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Included: Two coffee breaks daily and buffet lunch at the hotel restaurant

ATTENDANCE & PAYMENT

• Full attendance for all three days is required

• Payment must be completed by 15th January 2026 to secure your seat

• Bank transfer details will be provided on your invoice. All transfer fees are the responsibility of participants

• Credit card payment is available upon request with an additional processing fee of $50 USD

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations until 1st December 2025: Full refund

• Cancellations between 2nd December 2025 and 10th January 2026: 20% administration fee applies

• Cancellations after 10th January 2026: No refund available

• This workshop is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person

• Full payment is required even if attending only one or two days instead of the complete three-day program

SESSION INFORMATION

• Constellation participants are selected by Mr. Ulsamer during the workshop based on what serves the group’s collective learning best

• Private consultation sessions with Mr. Ulsamer are not available

ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENT

Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation in Dubai. The organizers do not arrange lodging for attendees. As the workshop takes place at The InterContinental Event Center, we strongly recommend staying at one of the three adjacent properties for optimal convenience:

• InterContinental Dubai Festival City (5-star)

• Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City (4-star)

• Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City (3-star)

All three hotels are directly connected to the event center, ensuring easy access to the workshop venue.
