Ingredients for one jar
-2 medium bananas ripe
-30 grams sugar
-50 grams butter
-1 spoonful lemon juice
-1 /2 tea spoon vanilla powder
In a pan on very low fire, mix 40 grams of the butter with sugar until well incorporated.
Meanwhile smash the bananas finely, add the lemon juice.
In a bowl, beat the egg and add the vanilla powder. Now add this onto the banana mash.
Once the mix in the pan is liquid, add in the banana mixture and beat well. Keep beating on low fire for 7 to 10 minutes. Add the remainder of the butter.
Remove from the stove, transfer in a jar and let it cool.
Keep in the fridge for up to a month.
Use on bread, pancakes, English cake or as an ice cream topping. Can also use in your morning muesli.
