1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for seminar registrations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by Participant:

    • If you cancel your registration 10 days or more before the seminar date, you may be eligible for a full refund or a credit towards a future seminar.
    • Cancellations made within 3 days of the seminar date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or rescheduled for a future seminar (subject to availability).
  • Cancellation by Organizer:

    • If we cancel or reschedule a seminar, you will be eligible for a full refund or may opt for a credit towards a future seminar.
    • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.

2. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the seminar without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund or reschedule, please contact us at help@livewitheez.com with your order details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 10 days before the seminar with the new participant’s details.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
